Third Annual Heroes Breakfast honored local everyday heroes.

The Red Cross thanks the guests and sponsors who supported the 2012 Heroes Breakfast. Nearly 350 guests attended the event to honor and recognize the 2012 Hero Award winners.  Meet the 2012 Heroes and read about their inspiring actions and accomplishments. The raised nearly $35,000 to support local Red Cross programs and services.

The Midway-Kansas chapter thanks the event sponsors that make the Heroes Breakfast possible. All proceeds from the Heroes Breakfast directly support the Midway-Kansas Chapter in its mission to prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors. Last year, more than 80,000 local people received assistance from the Midway-Kansas Chapter.
